NBIC is pleased to announce its' participation as a
Designated Agent for our clients in the US Government's E-Verify program

Your government is very serious about companies who hire and employ people who are not authorized to work in the U.S., and now there is a way for you to be sure.  In the past, we simply completed an I-9, checked a couple of  forms of ID and moved on.  More and more, however, identity theft & document counterfeiting are making it difficult to know.  We regularly read news stories about employers who are 'raided' because of the presence of illegal workers.  We don't want our clients to be in the headlines... at least not that way!  But now there's a new way.

E-Verify is a program administered by the US Government that puts the resources of the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration at the disposal of diligent employers like you!  By using NBIC as your designated agent for the E-Verify program, you benefit in several ways.

  • Helps employers verify new employee eligibility to work in the United States

  • Avoid the potential of violation of US Immigration & Employment laws

  • Provides for freedom from civil and criminal liability

  • Resources of the Department of Homeland Security & the Social Security Administration to help

  • Help with resolution of questionable cases

  • NBIC does all the case monitoring

  • NBIC provides any necessary documents & forms

NBIC is a Designated Agent, and we can manage E-Verify cases for our clients.  We provide virtually all of the follow up work as cases are routed through the E-Verify system.  We help keep you informed and up to date with any changes in the program.  We provide full assistance in compliance with program requirements.  We can help!

Don't hesitate!  Contact us today and see how we can work together to keep your new hires from becoming problems.
